SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 can milk (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. frozen shrimp, thawed
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/3 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 box frozen peas, optional

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or microwave for 15 minutes, stirring often.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
