TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans solid white tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 cans milk
1 c. cooked rice
2 lg. onions
Dash of curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter until almost tender. Add soups, tuna, rice, and water chestnuts. Mix well, place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Chicken may also be used in place of tuna if so desired.
