SHEEP HERDER SPUDS | |
6 slices diced bacon 1 med. diced onion 4 c. diced raw potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. water Over medium heat pre-fry bacon (do not overfry). Add onion (do not overfry). Now add potatoes; mix well. Add salt and pepper, fry until potatoes are half done. Add water and cover; turn heat to low and let steam 15 minutes or until water is gone. Now it is ready to serve 4 people. |
