AVOCADO SALSA 
1 lb. ripe avocados, chopped
1/2 lg. red bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. red onion, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil

Mix all ingredients; add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
