OREO ICE CREAM DESSERT 
36 Oreo cookies crushed
2/3 c. butter
1/2 gallon ice cream
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk (large can)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Cool Whip or whipped cream

Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Spread ice cream over cookies. Put in freezer.

Cook chocolate, sugar, butter and milk until stiff and thick. Add vanilla. Pour over top of ice cream. Freeze one hour. Spread with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Freeze 12 hours or overnight. I top with chopped nuts.
