ORIGINAL CONEY ISLAND RECIPE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. beef heart
4 med. onions, ground
2 heaping tbsp. chili powder
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. turmeric
Hot dogs

Brown meats and onions. Add seasonings. Put in saucepan and cover with water. Simmer until thick, but not too dry. Boil hot dogs. Put on a bun. Add meat over top. Add mustard and chopped onions.
