APPLE STREUSEL 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
Salt
1 egg
2/3 c. milk

FILLING:

1 c. corn flakes, crushed
6 med. apples, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

ICING:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend flour, salt and Crisco. Beat 1 egg yolk and milk. Mix into dry ingredients. Divide in two. Roll to fit 10"x15" jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon. Pour into pan and dot with butter. Cover with other half of crust. Beat egg white slightly and brush over top of crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Make icing and drizzle over top when cooled.
