HEARTY REUBEN BAKE | |
1 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. water 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. corned beef, cut in 1/4" strips 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 8 oz.) Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 8"x8" pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat in pan with floured hands. Arrange corned beef evenly over dough. Mix sauerkraut and dressing; spoon over corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes. 6 servings. |
