SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, juice & all
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Shredded cheddar cheese

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add corn muffin mix. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Then place shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake another 8 to 10 minutes.
