FRUIT ROLL 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. chopped candied pineapple
1 c. chopped candied cherries
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Sifted powdered sugar

Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Divide into 3 equal portions; roll each into an 11-inch log. Roll each log in powdered sugar and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate several hours or until firm; cut into 1/4 inch slices. Reshape slices, if necessary. Yield: about 5 dozen.
