ROAST BEEF 
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 fresh or frozen roast beef
4 or 5 cans water
2 cloves garlic (optional)

Combine ingredients and pour over roast beef. Bake at 350 degrees until you like -- rare, medium or well. Makes own gravy. No need to thicken, but if the gravy is too thin, take roast beef out of pan and cook until thick on top of stove.
