2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
4 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pare, core and slice thin two large apples (Northern Spies are fine)
1/2 c. pecans, cut up

Add apples and pecans to batter. Bake in 8x12 inch tin at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until brown. Good served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
