CROQUETS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
Dry Italian dressing mix
Salt and pepper
Flour
Bread crumbs
1 egg

Fry hamburger - drain grease, set aside.

Mix 1/2 package Italian dressing, 1 1/2 cups flour, salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water to make smooth gravy. Mix into hamburger thoroughly. Place on plate and let cool.

Once cool, make into balls. Roll into egg (add a little milk), then bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil (medium heat). Drain on paper towels and eat with hot mustard.
