BEEF RAGOUT A LA DEUTCH 
1 3/4 lb. beef sirloin, cut in 1/2 inch strips
Butter
1 green pepper, diced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. brown gravy
1/2 c. white wine
1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
1 tsp. salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Noodles or rice

Saute the beef strips, green pepper and mushrooms in a small amount of butter. Add the gravy, wine, pimiento, salt, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until tender. Thicken with cornstarch or flour. Serve over rice or noodles.
