VERY STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 eggs (optional)
1 1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. can evaporated milk
5 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. strawberries, mashed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, cool slightly; set aside. Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add gelatin mixture, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in strawberries. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand-turned or electric freezer. Start turning until made. Use large bowl that will hold a gallon to mix up in.
