SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. of butter
6 eggs
3 c.sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter, sugar and add eggs alternately with flour. Add soda to flour. Then gradually beat in sour cream. Add vanilla and beat well. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in well greased floured tube pan at 325 degrees.
