SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, beaten, separated
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks, one at a time then add sour cream and flour alternately. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
