HOMEMADE GRANOLA CEREAL 
4 1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. wheat germ
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. raw or brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 c. chopped raw cashews (optional)
1/2 c. chopped raw almonds (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 325 degrees. Stir and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Cool and store.
