STIR FRY - APPLE - SESAME
CHICKEN
 
1 tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. boned chicken breast, cut into strips
3 c. broccoli floweretes
1 c. cubed cooking apples
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. thin sliced celery
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)

Melt butter in large non-stick skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add broccoli and next 6 ingredients; cover, simmer 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice, if desired.
