STEAK CASSEROLE 
Use a deep casserole dish. Place sirloin steak on bottom, pour 2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes and juice over steak.

Cut up 2 medium onions and place on top of tomatoes. Then sprinkle Romano cheese and salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour. Then turn meat and sprinkle more cheese. Cut potatoes in half the long way across and place along the sides of the dish.
