BEEF TERIYAKI 
2 lbs. boneless beef steak
1 3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
1 tbsp. red or white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut meat into 4 pieces and place in a bowl. In a pan combine the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Heat just until sugar is dissolved, cool. Pour mixture over the meat and marinate for 1 hour.

Remove meat from marinade and broil in oven until done to your liking. Slice each piece into finger sized pieces. Serves 6.
