BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 green pepper
3/4 c. corn
1 1/2 c. tomato juice or paste (optional)
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. onion
3/4 c. macaroni

Brown ground beef, onion, and pepper in oil. Add corn, macaroni, salt and pepper, and tomato juice. Cook all together for 20 minutes. Add cheese (cracker crumbs also) on top and cook until cheese melts (15 minutes at 350 degrees).
