POTATO - HAM SCALLOP 
2 c. fully-cooked ham
6-8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Place 1/2 of ham in 2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 potatoes and onions. Cover with 1/2 the flour and season with salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour milk over all. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until potatoes are nearly tender: 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer.

Microwave: Bake on roast or medium 20-25 minutes, covered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
