POT ROAST | |
3 lb. beef chuck roast 6 whole potatoes, peeled 1 lb. carrots 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 1 c. water Line roaster with foil. Place roast on bottom, potatoes, carrots, and onion around roast. Sprinkle onion soup on top. Pour water over and cover with foil. Bake for 3 hours at 350 degrees. |
