BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 tube of Ritz crackers (or Hi Ho or Georgia crackers)

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Chop and stir in 3/4 of Velveeta cheese. Melt butter and mix in crushed crackers. Sprinkle remaining cheese and a few more crushed crackers on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
