BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
10 1/2 oz. chopped broccoli
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 1/2 cans milk

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Add both cans of soup and milk. Stir frequently until heated through. Serves 4.

Variations: Use asparagus or spinach (chopped) in place of broccoli. Float seasoned croutons on top.
