1/3 c. Bourbon
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, mashed
6 pork chops

Combine above ingredients and pour over 6 loin chops 1 1/2 inch thick and let them marinate for at least 6 hours. Broil slowly over barbecue or in oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
