MISSISSIPPI BUNDT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 sm. carton of sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Use a Bundt pan. Cream butter, sugar - add eggs, flour with sour cream, and teaspoon vanilla. Last - salt and baking powder with flour. Place 1/3 dough in greased and floured Bundt pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped nuts and sprinkle over dough. Then spoon rest of dough on top. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 1 hour.
