BOB'S KEY LIME PIE 
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lime juice
Grated rind of 1 lime
1 graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 drops green food coloring

Beat egg yolks on high speed with electric mixer until thickened and light in color. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix on low speed. Still continuing to mix, add half of the lime juice and cream of tartar. Mix thoroughly. Then add the remaining lime juice, cream of tartar and green food coloring. Mix until well blended.

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and bake on 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely and top with meringue. Keep this pie well frozen!

MERINGUE:

4 egg whites from recipe listed above
4 tbsp. sugar

Whip egg whites until a stiff peak forms. Slowly add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms nice, soft peaks. Add meringue on top of cooled Key Lime Pie.
