WONDERFUL FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. marshmallows
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 (4 oz.) bars sweet chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Pecan or walnut halves (optional)

Put sugar, evaporated milk and butter in large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Heat to boil; cover and boil 5 minutes. Turn off heat.

Stir in marshmallows until melted. Add chocolate, one kind at a time, stirring until melted. Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour into a buttered 15x10 inch jelly roll pan or two 9 inch square pans. Cool until firm; cut into square. Put nut half on each.
