OATMEAL RAISIN STREUSEL MUFFINS 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 lg. egg
2/3 c. oatmeal
1 1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. oatmeal
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine melted butter, milk, egg and oatmeal. Let stand 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Grease and flour muffin pan, divide batter evenly into twelve muffin tins. Mix oatmeal and brown sugar and put on top of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
