ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. Italian style bread crumbs
Accent
1 egg
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up

Mix egg and sour cream in bowl. Mix crumbs and Parmesan in pan. Dip chicken in sour cream mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in oiled, flat baking pan. Sprinkle with Accent; bake at 350 degrees about 45-60 minutes. You can substitute plain yogurt for sour cream, delete egg or substitute with Egg Beaters, and spray pan with Pam instead of oil.
