2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and let boil for 1 minute. Then remove from heat and add the peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and let dry for 2 hours.
