OATMEAL FUDGE SQUARES 
2 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. soft butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 c. quick cooking oats
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. unsweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Cream together first 4 ingredients and add to Bisquick. Add oats until uniform consistency. Heat chocolate chips, milk and 2 tablespoons butter and salt in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Grease hands and press about 2/3 of oatmeal mixture in pan. Spread chocolate mixture over oatmeal mixture. Drop remaining oatmeal mixture over chocolate mixture. Bake until light brown, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cut into bars about 2 x 1 inch. Makes 70 bars.
