KENTUCKY HOT BROWN 
CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings. Stir with whisk. Stir in milk. Bring to boil.

HOT BROWN:

4 slices of toast
4 slices baked chicken or turkey, 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. grated American cheese
8 strips bacon, fried crisp
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cream sauce (above)
