HONEY MILK BALLS (UNBAKED) 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. low-fat dry milk powder
1 c. rolled oats or 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds or chopped nuts (optional)

In a mixing bowl, combine honey, peanut butter, milk powder, and oats or graham cracker crumbs. Knead by hand until thoroughly blended. Shape into balls and roll in sesame seeds or nuts if desired. Makes 2 dozen balls.
