CHERRIES AND CREAM PIE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin 3/4 c. boiling water 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1 (10 inch) graham cracker crust Whipped dessert topping, thawed Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until it dissolves. Add ice cream by spoonfuls stirring until it melts. Set aside 5 or 6 cherries from pie filling; blend remaining into ice cream mixture. Pour into crumb crust. Chill until firm. To serve, top with whipped dessert topping and the reserved cherries. This is a fast and easy dessert that doesn't take a lot of time. |
