OVEN BAKED STEW 
1 stalk sliced celery
1 tbsp. sugar
8 med. potatoes, cut in pieces
2 lb. stew beef
6 carrots, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 sliced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. tomato juice or sauce

Place all ingredients in large casserole or roaster and seal tightly with foil. DO NOT BROWN MEAT. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. DO NOT PEEK! 4-6 servings.
