OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced ham or corned beef

Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Tear meat into small pieces into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch or 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, or until set and top is golden brown.
