SOUR CREAM BUNDT CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda mixed with 1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream mix and dry ingredients; add vanilla. Sprinkle on topping of:

1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Drop small pieces of butter on top of batter. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool, remove from pan immediately. When pouring batter into bundt pan you may pour in 1/2, add sliced apples or blueberries, then add the rest of the batter. Easy and good.
