HOT BROWN 
6 tsp. melted butter
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. boxed American cheese
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 heaping tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook in a double boiler or heavy skillet. Toast bread. Add sliced breast of turkey to top of toast. Place in shallow pan or cookie sheet; cover with cheese sauce. Add slices of tomato and 2 strips bacon on top of each hot brown. Heat thoroughly under broiler just before serving. Serve hot.
