DELICIOUS PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip (9 oz.)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 c. milk
#2 can crushed pineapple
Coconut

Prepare cake mix as shown on package. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 2 cups milk, instant pudding and cream cheese in blender. Pour over layer of baked cake. Spread "drained" pineapple over pudding last. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight. Top with coconut. Bake for 20 minutes. Other fruits can be substituted.
