1/2 c. butter 2 tsp. sugar 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1 c. flour 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. 10X sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding 2 3/4 c. milk Mix first 4 ingredients and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 10X sugar; spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk and pour over cheese layer. After this has set spread remaining Cool Whip over top and top with maraschino cherries and nuts if desired. Any flavor pudding may be substituted. |
