1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
1 (16 oz.) carton cream style cottage cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
4 tomatoes, stemmed and sliced
