TRIPLE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening (Fleischman butter, best)
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butterscotch chips
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. semi chocolate chips

Cream brown sugar and shortening. Add eggs and mix together. Mix dry ingredients, vanilla and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Should be golden brown. If sample runs, add 1/4 cup more flour.
