FROZEN BLUEBERRY WHIP | |
1 graham cracker pie crust 1 pt. fresh blueberries 1 pt. whipping cream 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Sort and wash blueberries. Allow them to dry. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff. Fold in berries and fill crust. Place in freezer 4 to 6 hours. Cut with very sharp knife and serve. |
