STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
4 lg. shapely bell peppers
3 tomatoes, cut up
8 or more olives
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 dozen soda crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of paprika

Remove top and seeds from peppers. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, add to peppers, tying the tops of peppers back in place and bake in greased baking dish until tender.
