FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
4 bananas, cut in chunks
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits
1 bottle of maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. whipped cream (do not add sugar)

Drain pineapple and cherries in saucepan in which 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water have been mixed together. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Let this cool while fixing fruit mixture, then mix with whipped cream and fruit. Freeze at least 4 hours. May be kept in freezer for several weeks.
