BAR-B-Q BRISKET 
1 well trimmed brisket
1 brown-n-bag
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place brisket in brown-n-bag; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add sauce to brisket. Seal bag. Punch 6 small holes in the top of the bag. Bake at 275 degrees for 6 to 8 hours until tender.
