GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
2 gal. green tomatoes
1/2 gal. onions
1/2 gal. mixed peppers
6 c. sugar
1 c. salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 gal. vinegar

Cut tomatoes in quarters then chop the onions and peppers. Add all the other ingredients. Cook until mixture changes color. Put in jars and seal while hot.
